Jase began serving in full-time ministry in 2000 as Student Minister at First Baptist Church, De Leon, TX.  From 2005 to 2015 he served as Associate Pastor of Students and Missions at First Baptist Seminole, Seminole, TX.  In 2015, he moved into the Lead Pastor role at Spring Creek Baptist Church, Weatherford, TX.  Telephone Baptist Church called him and his family to Telephone as our Pastor in December 2018.

 

Education:

Jase attended Howard Payne University majoring in Recreation and playing basketball for the Mighty Yellow Jackets before transferring to the University of North Texas and receiving a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation.  He also holds two graduate degrees, Master of Arts in Christian Education from Southwestern Seminary and Master of Arts in Theology and Ministry from Howard Payne University.

 

Family:

Jase and Tami, married in 1991 and have three amazing children, Bailey, Kendyl and Hayden.  Tami a Texas Tech Graduate, and an incredible lady, is a middle school Math and Science teacher and who is active in the ministries of the church as well.
